My attitude was that student is the center point of education system. Therefore we implimented all activities on the basis of this thought.

- We have given Admission to poor , needy and brilliant students at Rupes 1.
This came was apreciated by NAAC commitee as a best scheme in India.
2) Advance Teaching Method - We have started Advance Teaching Method (I.C.T) Instead of Traditional Teaching Method ( Black board and duster method)

-We Classified Learners into 3 groups 1-Advance Learners
- We have given special coaching to advance learners to bring up them.
2- Average Learners
3- Slow Learners
- We have given aditional teaching to slow learners to bring up them at the par of Average Learners .
Through this system we developed majority learners
2) We have given personel attention to S.T students. Near about 35% students was S.T students in the College.
🌿अविस्मरणीय उल्लेखनीय अनुभव
I financialy helped many S.T. students at the time of admission.
There was my personel attention to one S.T female student as like my daughter. I financialy help her many times, but condition was that she should be pass in every exam in first class up to the .completion of education and now she is working in goveroment department.
🌿 Changes in Education System - suggestions 1) Common students keep them on right education track . But it is more responsibility of teachers to keep every abnormal students on the right track. For this teachers should have to keep close contact and personal attention with abnormal students , take them into confidence, guide them properly and keep them on right education track. 2) Primary education is the foundation of secondary and higher education. It is suggested to primary teachers to give proper attention to each and every students as like own child and create education interest and confidence among the students, if this happen students will proceed with confidence and will develop themselves 3) syllabus of secondary School should be on competitive exam base as like Syllabus of U.P.and Bihar. Therefore students will appear competitive exam easily and with confidence.
🌿(Past and present students) In today's competitive world
parents are career oriented and students are exam oriented. Both ignore personality development.It make negative impact on personality development of the students. Also excess use of TV and mobile by the students make adverse effect on the alround development . At present it is the responsibility of the teachers and parents that students should divert from TV and mobile to sports and cultural activities. It is necessary for the all round development of the students
Past students gave equal importance to academic performance and personality development .The personality of the past students was very good. There was limited use of TV by the students and there was no question of mobile use.Therefore past students gave maximum time for sports and cultural activities. Good personality helped to built strong confidence and the result was that past students achieved targets easily even though they were difficult.
(Past schools and present schools) In past there was traditional system of education. Infrastructure was limited and educational resources were negligible .There was limited scope to Co-cullar activities. In other words there was little scope to past students for the development .
Today even in rural area majority schools are digital schools. In digital schools teaching method is advance which create education interest among the students. Today there is a lot of scope to students for the development.
( Other special experiences) when I was principal of Sonubhau Baswant College Shahapur, we jointly organised various social activities with voluntary organisations like Lions Club Shahapur , Rotary club etc Such activities were Cataract operation and Eye check-up camp, blood donation camp, dental check up camp etc.There was a practice of Lions Club Shahapur every year they arranged Cataract operation and Eye check up camp at the end of December every year in Shahapur. In which our students worked as volunteers. They gave wholehearted services to patients . Such activities create social and national spirit among the students. If these opportunities provided to the students it will be useful to create good citizens in the society.
